getting back on the bike

It's been a bit and I wish I had been writing more but mental/emotional issues have kept me away from writing. Didn't help that I was not writing a story my key audience - my dearest daughter - would enjoy. I'm learning her tastes and she leans towards light and fluff. I can understand why; the world is heavy and her escapism is to be in joyful places instead. Now I just need to figure out what that means for the story I'm writing for her <3
