the Shiny New

Welcome to my shiny and new space on the interwebs!

And can I just ask - who the heck calls them inter-webs? I still hear the term, and it's too odd to the IT Analyst in me. My job is to ensure that user's applications and systems are current, robust, and forward thinking, and using a term like "interwebs" makes me trip a bit.

So does "cellular phone".

But I digress :)

Please bear with me as I get the hang of this new site and all of its bells and whistles. I built it through WIX and still have a hard time believing I have a space all my own.

It's been seven years in the making. It was about time I grew up and "bought" my own space. Welcome to it.
